MasterChef tops Thursday viewing figures again with 4.7m

MasterChef topped the ratings outside of soaps once again on Thursday, according to overnight data.

The BBC One cooking show was down on Wednesday's episode but up 100k from last week to 4.7 million (22.2%) at 8pm.

Later, Parking Mad interested 4.1m (19.7%) at 9pm, while the final Life and Death Row repeat was seen by 1.7m (14.7%) at 10.35pm.

On BBC Two, Digby Jones: The New Troubleshooter appealed to 892,000 (4.2%) at 8pm, followed by Protecting Our Parents with 943k (4.5%) at 9pm.

ITV's Ade at Sea attracted 2.2m (10.5%) at 8.30pm, while Nicky Campbell's new series Wanted: A Family of My Own brought in 2.1m (10.1%) at 9pm (187k/1.2% on +1).

On Channel 4, Posh Pawn continued with 1.5m (6.9%) at 8pm (230k/1.1%), followed by Kevin's Supersized Salvage with 1.3m (6.3%) at 9pm (281k/2.0%).

Channel 5's Beware Cowboy Builders appealed to 723k (3.4%) at 8pm, while Harold Shipman documentary Catch Dr Death intrigued 869k (4.1%) at 9pm (125k/0.8%). Person of Interest thrilled 698k (4.4%) at 10pm.

On E4, The Big Bang Theory amused 1.2m (5.6%) at 8pm (372k/1.8%), followed by How I Met Your Mother with 611k (2.9%) at 8.30pm (232k/1.1%). E4's Family Guy tickled 826k (9.8%) at 11.30pm.

ITV2's Tom Daley Goes Global brought in 390k (1.9%) at 9pm, while the latest Celebrity Juice entertained 968k (5.8%) at 10pm (153k/1.6%).

On Sky1, Arrow continued with 373k (1.7%) at 8pm.
