Birds of a Feather topped the Thursday night ratings for a third week running, according to overnight figures.
However, the ITV sitcom dropped a further 800,000 viewers from last week, amusing 5.93 million (24.5%) at 8.30pm (243k/1.0% on +1).
Benidorm was down over 600k from last week to 4.60m (18.9%) at 9pm (554k/3.3%).
On BBC One, Silent Witness climbed by 200k to 5.48m (22.6%) at 9pm. Earlier, animal documentary Hidden Kingdoms attracted 3.41m (14.4%) at 8pm, while Question Time interested 2.56m (21.6%) at 10.35pm.
BBC Two's final Great Sport Relief Bake Off appealed to 4.26m (18.0%) at 8pm, followed by Wild Brazil with 1.90m (7.8%) at 9pm and Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe with 1.14m (6.1%) at 10pm.
On Channel 4, Supersize vs Superskinny brought in 1.01m (4.3%) at 8pm (152k/0.6%). The Undateables continued with 1.54m (6.4%) at 9pm (541k/3.2%), and What Happens in Sunny Beach brought in 1.07m (6.4%) at 10pm (301k/3.3%).
Channel 5's Celebrity Big Brother entertained 2.11m (8.7%) at 9pm (341k/2.0%), followed by Botched Up Bodies with 912k (5.4%) at 10pm.
On E4, The Big Bang Theory tickled 1.43m (5.9%) at 8.30pm (342k/1.4%), while the first Brooklyn Nine-Nine was seen by 807k (3.3%) at 9pm (254k/1.4%).
BBC Three's Tough Young Teachers dipped to 538k (2.2%) at 9pm.
