The Great British Bake Off bounced back in the ratings on Tuesday evening (September 17), according to overnight data.
The latest episode of the competition series gained around 300,000 viewers from last week to 5.62 million (23.3%) at 8pm on BBC Two.
BBC One's New Tricks topped the ratings outside of soaps, rising by almost 500k to 6.62m (28.5%) at 9pm. Britain's Broken Families interested 1.61m (14.6%) at 10.30pm.
Later on BBC Two, The Midwives dropped over 100k to 2.04m (8.7%) at 9pm. Kanye West's appearance on the new series of Later... with Jools Holland entertained 677k (3.8%) at 10pm.
ITV's coverage of Manchester United's Champions League win over Bayer Leverkusen scored 4.52m (19.3%) from 7.30pm.
On Channel 4, Double Your House for Half the Money appealed to 1.10m (4.5%) at 8pm (191k/0.8% on +1). Documentary Posh Pawn brought in 1.65m (7.1%) at 9pm (346k/2.2%), followed by Cutting Edge's Fabulous Fashionistas with 1.13m (7.2%) at 10pm (158k/2.0%).
Channel 5's Celebrity Super Spa gathered 512k (2.2%) at 9pm (109k/0.7%). CSI: NY continued with 1.20m (7.4%) at 10pm (100k/1.2%).
BBC Three's Bad Education topped the multichannels with 833k (4.7%) at 10pm, while Don't Tell the Bride appealed to 699k (3.0%) at 9pm.
On Dave, Storage Hunters peaked at 707k (2.9%) at 8.30pm.
