Celebrity Big Brother attracted decent ratings for Channel 5 on Tuesday, but it was also its lowest January launch night audience to date.
Channel 5's flagship reality show was seen by an average overnight audience of 2.67 million (132,000/1.0% on +1) at 9pm. This is down by around 400,000 from last winter's series, but up by 400k from the summer series.
Elsewhere, BBC One's Silent Witness topped the night outside soaps by rising over 100k from Monday's launch to 6.69m (28.5%) at 9pm.
On BBC Two, Victorian Bakers appealed to 2.60m (11.8%) at 8pm, while ITV's new series Saved interested just 1.36m (5.8%) at 9pm (112k/0.7%).
Channel 4's Tricks of the Restaurant Trade brought in 1.59m (7.4%) at 8pm (249k/1.1%), followed by Richard Ayoade's Travel Man with 1.56m (7.0%) at 8.30pm (178k/0.8%). The Big Fat Quiz of Everything entertained 1.50m (7.4%) at 9pm (216k/1.7%).
On E4, Tattoo Fixers grossed out 514k (2.2%) at 9pm (220k/1.3%).
