I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! kept its lead over The Apprentice on Wednesday night (December 2), according to overnight data.
The ITV show attracted an average audience of 7.91m (33%) from 8.30pm, with an additional 350k (1.8%) on ITV+1 in the wake of Lady Colin Campbell's sudden exit from the jungle. Spinoff show I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here Now! scored 668k (4.1%) from 10pm on ITV2.
There was also drama on BBC One in The Apprentice, where 4.57m (18.9%) saw Selina Waterman-Smith get fired and Scott Saunders sensationally quit the programme despite being on the winning team.
Down on last week's audience of 4.95m, this week's figure sets a new series low for the show.
Earlier in the evening, Cuffs was also down on last week with 2.51m (11.1%) at 8pm.
Over on BBC Two, MasterChef: The Professionals entertained 2.55m (11.3%) at 8pm, followed by a behind-the-scenes look at MP David Lammy's constituency surgery in This Is Tottenham, which attracted 793k (3.3%) at 9pm.
The Apprentice: You're Fired - minus Waterman-Smith, who declined to appear on the spinoff show - aired to 1.8m (9.4%) at 10pm.
On Channel 4, Supervet was down slightly on last week with 1.43m (6.3%) at 8pm, followed by The Murder Detectives, which continued with 1.08m (4.4%) at 9pm. Peep Show amused 676k (3.5%) at 10pm, followed by 274k (1.8%) for Jon Hamm's guest appearance on Toast of London.
Channel 5's Suspects continued with 327k (1.9%) at 10pm, with 888k (3.6%) tuning in earlier in the evening for Can't Pay? We'll Take It Away!
