TFI Friday's all-star anniversary special attracted an audience of over 3 million, overnight figures suggest.
Chris Evans and star guests including Tom Daley, Shaun Ryder, Lewis Hamilton and Jeremy Clarkson entertained 3.35m (18.3%) on Friday (June 12) - the highest-rated primetime programme outside of soaps and news bulletins.
Elsewhere in Channel 4 primetime, Marvel's Agents of SHIELD concluded with 621k (3.2%) at 8pm, with 831k (8.7%) tuning in for Alan Carr's Chatty Man at 11pm.
Meanwhile on Channel 5, 1.13 million watched this week's fake 'eviction' on Big Brother at 9pm, along with the return of past housemates Helen Wood, Nikki Grahame and Brian Belo in a secret bunker.
Big Brother's Bit on the Side attracted an audience of 370k (6.8%) at 10pm.
BBC One's primetime schedule opened with 3.1m for The One Show (18.6%) at 7pm. A Question of Sport aired to 2.7m (15%) immediately afterwards at 7.30pm.
An episode of classic sitcom Vicar of Dibley entertained 1.91m (9.6%) at 8.30pm, with 2.09m (10.7%) tuning in for New Tricks.
The Graham Norton Show, with guests including Mark Wahlberg and Seth MacFarlane, entertained 2.68m (21.1%) at 10.35pm.
Over on ITV, Gino's Italian Escape aired to 2.38m (12.4%) at 8pm, followed by 1.67m (8.6%) for Doc Martin at 9pm.
BBC Two started the evening with an audience of 1.11m (6.4%) for Japan: Earth's Enchanted Islands at 7pm, with 2.07m (10.9%) tuning in at 8pm for Mary Berry's Absolute Favourites.
Gardener's World aired to 2.12m (10.6%) at 8.30pm, with 1.45m (7.5%) intrigued by Kate Humble: Living with Nomads at 9pm.
The Clare Balding Show - featuring an appearance from Paul Gascoigne - aired to 760k (4.2%) at 10pm.
The latest instalment of Sky1's A League of Their Own, featuring Peter Schmeichel, was seen by 311k (1.6%) at 9pm.
