Channel 4's Drugs Live excites 1.3 million on Tuesday

Channel 4's Drugs Live experiment brought in over 1 million viewers on a quiet Tuesday evening, overnight data reveals.

The Jon Snow-fronted show was seen by an average 1.26m (9.8%) at 10pm, with an added 166,000 (2.5%) tuning in on +1.

Earlier, Mary Portas: Secret Shopper appealed to 1.35m (6.3%) at 8pm (182k/0.9% on +1), followed by The Romanians Are Coming with 1.20m (6.0%) at 9pm (142k/0.9%).

BBC One's The One Show was the most-watched programme outside soaps with 4.23m (21.6%) at 7pm. The Gift brought in 2.67m (13.3%) at 9pm.

On BBC Two, Natural World attracted 2.11m (9.9%) at 8pm, followed by Horizon with 1.80m (9.0%) at 9pm and Let's Play Darts for Comic Relief with 1.55m (9.3%) at 10pm.

ITV's River Monsters interested 1.94m (9.3%) at 7.30pm, while Bargain Fever Britain gathered 2.58m (12.1%) at 8pm. Exposure intrigued 1.28m (6.4%) at 9pm.

On Channel 5, Costa Del Casualty attracted 796k (3.7%) at 8pm, followed by Suffolk Strangler with 803k (4.0%) at 9pm.

E4's The 100 thrilled 566k (2.8%) at 9pm (114k/0.8%), while Hell's Kitchen entertained 455k (2.3%) at 10pm (111k/0.7%) on ITV2.
