Masters of Sex appealed to more than 200,000 viewers last night (August 12) on More4, according to overnight figures.
The drama, starring Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan, enticed 223k (1.5%) from 10pm.
Elsewhere on the multichannels, the UEFA Super Cup football match between Real Madrid and Sevilla drew 843k (4.2%) from 7.30pm.
Sky Atlantic's Ray Donovan thrilled 94k (0.6%) from 10pm.
On the terrestrials, BBC One's In the Club was watched by 4.25m (20.1%).
BBC Two's Coast took 1.7m (8.1%) before Scotland Votes: What's at Stake for the UK? had 1.56m (8%) from 9.30pm.
On ITV, Love Your Garden attracted 2.52m (12.7%) in the 8pm hour. Executed was viewed by 2.09m (9.9%) afterwards.
Channel 4's Utopia series finale was seen by 290k (1.9%) from 10pm. Earlier, Kirstie's Fill Your House for Free and Undercover Boss grabbed 944k (4.7%) and 1.01m (4.8%) respectively.
The latest Big Brother instalment entertained 1.24m (7.5%) on Channel 5, with 606k (6.7%) sticking around for Bit on the Side.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation managed 1.13m (5.6%) in the 9pm hour.
