ITV's The Secret of Life of Cats topped Monday evening outside of soaps, overnight data has revealed.
The special attracted 3.6 million (14.5%) at 9pm, with an added 276,000 (1.7%) on +1. Gino's Italian Escape was seen by 2.6m (12.1%) at 8pm (127k/0.5% on +1).
On BBC One, Panorama brought in 2.5m (10.7%) at 8pm, followed by Crimewatch with 3.6m (15.7%) at 9pm.
BBC Two's Springwatch appealed to 2.5m (11.1%) at 8pm. A Very British Airline debuted with 2.8m (12.0%) at 9pm.
On Channel 4, Jamie's Money Saving Meals cooked up 1.0m (4.4%) at 8pm, followed by the finale of The Island with 1.9m (8.2%) at 9pm (267k/1.7%). Bear Grylls: Born Survivor attracted 1.2m (7.0%) at 10pm (183k/2.1%).
Channel 5's Illegal, Immigrant and Proud interested 964k (4.2%) at 9pm, followed by Inside Broadmoor with 699k (4.4%) at 10pm.
On BBC Three, Barely Legal Drivers entertained 594k (2.6%) at 9pm. BBC Four's Only Connect puzzled 727k (3.2%) at 8.30pm.
E4's Made in Chelsea continued with 626k (3.9%) at 10pm.
On Sky Atlantic, Game of Thrones' latest episode thrilled 950k (4.1%) at 9pm.
