Cheryl Cole's new fly-on-the wall special Access All Areas secured a decent audience for ITV2 last night (Tuesday).
Some 811,000 (a 3.4% share) watched ITV2's one-off behind-the-scenes show, while 177k caught Cole on +1.
With the main show off air, I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here Now topped the multichannel ratings with a new high of 1.18m (6.4%) and 144k on timeshift.
BBC One's new six-part romantic reunion drama serial, Last Tango in Halifax, premiered with an impressive 6.16m (25.6%) and topped the 9pm hour.
MasterChef: The Professionals soared to 2.94m (12%) for BBC Two in the 8pm hour, then Dara O'Briain's Science Club logged 1.16m (4.8%).
Over on ITV1, Champions League football scored 3.75m (15.5%) between 7.30pm and 10pm, while Rolf's Animal Clinic (1.32m/5.4%) and Body of Proof (989k/4.1%) held up on Channel 5.
The penultimate episode of Fresh Meat drew 977k (5.4%) on Channel 4 at 10pm (+1: 119k), prior to which 1.44m (6%) watched Heston's Fantastical Food. George Clarke's Amazing Species had 1.89m (7.7%) in the 8pm slot.
Overall, BBC One led primetime with 23.4%, way ahead of ITV1's 15.7% (+1: 0.3%). BBC Two claimed third place with 7.4%, ahead of Channel 4's 5.5% (+1: 0.9%), and Channel 5's 4% (+1: 0.2%).
