Gotham stayed above 1 million viewers for its second episode on Channel 5, overnight data reveals.
The comic book drama dropped just under 400,000 from last week's launch to 1.35m (5.9%) at 9pm (125k/0.8 on +1).
Earlier, Police Interceptors brought in 737k (3.2%) at 8pm, while Under the Dome continued with 627k (4.0%).
BBC One's Inside Out was seen by 3.50m (16.1%) at 7.30pm, followed by Panorama with 2.10m (9.1%) at 8.30pm.
The New Tricks finale was the most-watched show of the night outside soaps, bringing in 4.47m (19.5%) at 9pm.
On BBC Two, University Challenge quizzed 2.70m (11.7%) at 8pm, followed by Only Connect with 2.10m (9.1%) at 8.30pm.
The Kitchen's latest episode brought in 880k (3.8%) at 9pm, while Never Mind the Buzzcocks amused 949k (5.4%) at 10pm.
ITV's Grantchester continued with 4.09m (17.8%) at 9pm (404k/2.6%). Earlier, The Undriveables gathered 2.57m (11.2%) at 8pm.
On Channel 4, Jamie's Comfort Food interested 1.12m (4.9%) at 8pm (141k/0.6%), followed by Sarah Beeny's How To Sell Your Home with 1.14m (4.9%) at 8.30pm (120k/0.5%).
24 Hours in Police Custody fascinated 1.63m (7.1%) at 9pm (242k/1.6%), while 8 Out of 10 Cats tickled 788k (5.0%) at 10pm (138k/1.7%).
On E4, Made in Chelsea's latest episode entertained 579k (2.5%) at 9pm (185k/1.2%), followed by Glue with 260k (1.7%) at 10pm.
ITV2's Release the Hounds excited 254k (1.1%), and Plebs appealed to 342k (2.0%) at 10pm. BBC Three's Hotel of Mum and Dad amused 400k (1.7%) at 9pm.
On Fox, The Walking Dead's latest episode shocked 721k (3.1%) at 9pm.
