Game of Thrones' season 4 finale attracts over 1 million

Game of Thrones' fourth season finale rose to over a million viewers on Monday, overnight data reveals.

The Sky Atlantic series jumped to 1.1 million (5.0%) at 9pm for 'The Children'.

Made in Chelsea rose slightly in the ratings from last week for its seventh series finale. The E4 series concluded its latest series with 603,000 viewers (2.6%) at the earlier time of 9pm (251k/1.5% on +1).

BBC One's World Cup coverage of Iran's 0-0 draw with Nigeria was seen by 5 million (22.7%) at 7.30pm. The game between Ghana and the USA scored 3.2m (39.4%) at 10.35pm.

On BBC Two, Tigers About the House entertained 2.3m (10.1%) at 8pm, followed by A Very British Airline with 2.2m (9.5%) at 9pm. Jack Whitehall's Backchat World Cup special amused 795k (4.3%) at 10pm.

ITV's new series The Dentists appealed to 1.6m (7.0%) at 9pm (149k/0.9%).

On Channel 4, 24 Hours in A&E interested 1.7m (7.3%) at 9pm (348k/2.0%), followed by CCTV: Caught on Camera with 982k (5.9%) at 10pm (188k/1.9%).

Channel 5's Benefits Britain intrigued 2.1m (9.4%) at 9pm (193k/1.1%), while Big Brother: Power Trip entertained 1.3m (7.6%) at 10pm.
