The special edition of TOWIE managed 998k (5.7%) on ITV2 before a further 148k (1.6%) tuned in on timeshift.
On the terrestrials, BBC One's coverage of Euro 2012 attracted an average of 7.01m (31.2%), peaking at more than 9.4m (37.9%) after 9.15pm.
ITV1's Midsomer Murders failed to compete, only taking 3.25m (13.8%) and 191k (0.9%) on +1.
BBC Two showed Antiques Road Trip (1.55m/7.7%), Springwatch (1.72m/7.4%) and The Secret History of Our Streets (1.53m/6.4%).
Channel 4's Secret Eaters averaged 1.33m (5.7%) from 8pm (+1: 223k/0.9%), with 24 Hours in A&E seen by 2.47m (10.3%) afterwards (+1: 378k/2.1%).
Big Brother continued with 1.32m (7.3%) on Channel 5 in the 10pm hour. Earlier, NCIS attracted 1.41m (5.8%) with 146k (0.8%) on +1, and Emergency Bikers took 915k (4%).
