Posted: Sun Feb 28, 2010 7:36 pmA girl working at Boots in the precinct was once asked to switch off one side of the escalator to the basement department as it was near to closing time. Trouble is, she switched off the up escalator instead of the down side which meant customers could still enter but they couldn't leave
