I just dont understand why the refuse collection is in such chaos - there's just no excuse. Sounds like they've made it so complicated no-one can understand it :clown:

It's no longer a case of which rubbish is collected on which days Polly, they simply aren't collecting rubbish of any kind from private households despite the claims in the Telegraph to the contrary. To add insult to injury, collections are being made by the same binmen with the same lorries from properties in the same streets which have a separate contract with the council! :fuming:
