Jennifer Lawrence and several other stars have reportedly been the victim of a hacking, with the Hunger Games actress's spokesperson strongly condemning the "violation of [her] privacy".
Lawrence was one of a group of Hollywood celebrities who have apparently been targeted in a large-scale security breach. Unsubstantiated reports claim that the photographs were obtained as a result of an iCloud hacking.
The source of the leak has claimed to have obtained as many as 60 private images of Lawrence, some of which allegedly show her nude.
A representative for Lawrence has confirmed the authenticity of the images, threatening legal action against anyone who posts or publish the stolen photos online.
"This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence," her rep told BuzzFeed.
