Inbetweeners 2 scores biggest UK box office debut of 2014

The Inbetweeners 2 has scored the UK's biggest opening weekend box office of 2014.



The comedy sequel earned more than £12.5 million across the country during its first weekend.

It also enjoyed the biggest ever opening day for comedy in the UK when it debuted last Wednesday (August 6).

Its predecessor took £45m at the UK box office when it launched in 2011, and went on to earn approximately £58 million in total.

The Inbetweeners 2 follows Will, Neil and Simon as they join Jay on his gap year in Australia.

I think these are great, sadly the good lady doesn't.

The first movie left me cold but then so did every movie adaptation of every TV series. They just don't have the feel of the original.
