EastEnders was Thursday's top-rated programme (November 12) with Ronnie Mitchell's shock outburst, overnight figures show.
The Walford soap pulled in 6.22m (31.2%) at 7.30pm on BBC One as Ronnie trashed The Albert following another argument with Dean. BBC Three's repeat added 310k (1.8%) at 10pm.
Emmerdale attracted 6.02m (30.9%) at 7pm on ITV and 104k (0.5%) on +1 with Andy and Robert's dramatic road crash. 5.54m (26.6%) returned for the fallout at 8pm and 173k (0.8%) on +1.
Hollyoaks remained steady on Channel 4, bringing in 816k (4.3%) at 6.30pm as Jason panicked that the Gloved Hand Killer investigation would expose the truth about Phoebe's shooting (+1: 98k / 0.5%). Afterwards, E4's first look rose to 706k (3.6%) at 7pm and 160k (0.8%) on +1.
Neighbours had another strong day, claiming 852k (12.6%) at 1.45pm on Channel 5 as Kyle left Amy heartbroken by rejecting her. 707k (4.6%) saw the teatime screening at 5.30pm.
Doctors continued with 1.26m (18.8%) at 1.45pm on BBC One as Sid struggled with the idea of confronting Jimmi.
Home and Away managed 269k (4.1%) at 1.15pm and 537k (3.1%) at 6pm on Channel 5 with Marilyn's amnesia plot, while 5*'s first look grabbed 409k (2.2%) at 6.30pm.
