Coronation Street took the top spot in Wednesday's soap ratings (July 23) with more fallout from Andrea's deception, overnight figures show.
5.77m (34.1%) watched at 7.30pm on ITV and 398k (2.1%) on +1 as Andrea's jilted husband Neil arrived at The Rovers, still thinking that Steve was his love rival.
Emmerdale attracted 4.92m (31.8%) at 7pm on ITV and 301k (1.7%) on +1 as Kerry and Dan hit the rocks following their disastrous wedding day.
Hollyoaks appealed to 716k (5.2%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Sam and Ziggy teamed up to get Cameron sent back to prison, while the aftermath brought 625k (4.0%) to E4's first look at 7pm and 175k (1.0%) to E4+1.
Over on Channel 5, Naomi and Sheila's big Neighbours dispute entertained 556k (9.5%) at 1.45pm and 629k (6.0%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away had 226k (3.8%) at 1.15pm, 459k (3.6%) at 6pm and 284k (2.1%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the final episode of Doctors before the show's latest transmission break was seen by 1.13m (19.5%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
