Holby City's rare Thursday outing topped the soap ratings, according to overnight data.
Airing outside its usual Tuesday slot due to the live football, the BBC One soap dropped to 2.31 million (8.7%) at 8pm as Jac and Jonny's day in court arrived.
On Channel 4, Hollyoaks appealed to 654,000 (4.0%) at 6.30pm (117k/0.6% on +1) as Sam and Danny put on a united front against Leela's plans. E4's first-look episode was seen by 642k (3.7%) at 7pm (109k/0.4%).
Earlier, BBC One's Doctors continued with 1.16m (19.5%) at 1.45pm.
Channel 5's Home and Away brought in 197k (3.3%) at 1.15pm and 553k (3.7%) at 6pm. 5*'s first-look was seen by 255k (1.6%) at 6.30pm.
Neighbours attracted 581k (9.6%) at 1.45pm and 705k (5.5%) at 5.30pm.
