EastEnders topped Thursday's soap ratings...

EastEnders was Thursday evening's top-rated soap (March 20) as the fates of Janine and Alice were revealed, overnight figures show.
6.94m (32.4%) watched at 7.30pm on BBC One as Janine left Walford as a free woman after she and Alice were both found not guilty of murder. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 401k (2.9%) at 10.30pm.
Emmerdale interested 6.23m (30.4%) at 7pm on ITV and 132k (0.6%) on +1 as Donna told Marlon that he is April's father, while 5.83m (27.4%) returned at 8pm and 138k (0.7%) on +1 to see Marlon's reaction to the bombshell news.
Hollyoaks attracted 906k (4.8%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Trevor discovered the truth about who killed his father, while a first look at John Paul's sentencing brought 788k (3.8%) to E4 at 7pm and 122k (0.6%) to E4+1.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours continued with 598k (8.9%) at 1.45pm and 795k (5.3%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away managed 269k (3.9%) at 1.15pm, 651k (3.7%) at 6pm and 475k (2.5%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors was seen by 1.49m (22.1%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
