8.12m (37.2%) watched at 7.30pm on ITV and 149k (0.6%) on +1 as Grace's bullying led to Simon being smeared in make-up and forced into a dress. The audience increased to 8.24m (35.0%) at 8.30pm and 281k (1.2%) on +1 as Faye lied to Anna in the aftermath of the incident.
EastEnders attracted 6.95m (31.0%) at 8pm on BBC One as Alfie made a move on Kat on the eve of his wedding. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 392k (2.2%) at 10.30pm.
Emmerdale interested 6.9m (34.0%) at 7pm on ITV and 168k (0.7%) on +1 as Charity's fury over Jai and Rachel continued.
Hollyoaks brought in 913k (4.7%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Robbie tried to humiliate Ruby, while E4's first look had 531k (2.6%) at 7pm.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours entertained 590k (8.9%) at 1.45pm and 866k (5.4%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away managed 205k (3.1%) at 1.15pm, 636k (3.5%) at 6pm and 452k (2.3%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors was seen by 1.42m (21.6%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
