Coronation Street came out on top in the soap ratings on Monday (September 9), according to overnight data.
9.06 million (42.8%) people watched the ITV soap at 7.30pm, as Jason and Dev got closer to the truth about Karl. A further 121,000 (0.4%) tuned in on +1.
The 8.30pm episode was seen by 8.82m (38.8%), with Jason announcing Karl's guilt (159k/0.7% on +1).
Emmerdale interested 7.04m (36.7%) at 7pm as Steve made a move on Nicola (96k/0.4%).
On BBC One, EastEnders also attracted 7.04m (31.9%) at 8pm, including Ronnie's release from prison. A repeat on BBC Three was seen by 477k (3.5%) at 10.30pm.
Channel 4's Hollyoaks gathered 908k (5.0%) at 6.30pm, while E4's first look brought in 537k (2.8%) at 7pm.
Earlier, Home & Away's return to Channel 5 appealed to 226k (3.3%) at 1.15pm and 716k (4.3%) at 6pm. 5*'s first look was seen by 331k (1.8%) at 6.30pm.
Neighbours brought in 534k (8.0%) at 1.45pm and 856k (6.1%) at 5.30pm.
BBC One's Doctors continued with 1.54m (23.2%) at 1.45pm.
