Coronation Street's double bill led the soap ratings with 5.91m (24.2%) at 7.30pm (+1: 175k/0.7%) and 6.37m (24.8%) at 8.30pm (+1: 265k/1.1%).
Elsewhere, Hollyoaks mustered 659k (3.3%) at 6.30pm, after which E4's first look grabbed 393k (1.8%).
Neighbours held up well with 617k (5.9%) at 1.45pm and 765k (5.8%) at 5.30pm.
Meanwhile, 5*'s latest classic Home and Away episodes entertained 167k (0.9%) and 167k (0.8%).
