Ratings: 'Coronation Street' tops Monday with Kirsty plot

Coronation Street delivered strong ratings yet again on Monday evening as the Tyrone and Kirsty storyline took new twists, overnight figures show.
Coronation Street pulled in 9.87m (40.9%) at 7.30pm and 138k (0.5%) on ITV1+1 as Tommy feared that Kirsty was cheating on Tyrone. Later, 9.96m (38.9%) tuned in at 8.30pm and 155k (0.6%) on +1 as the truth behind Kirsty's secretive behaviour was revealed.
EastEnders, meanwhile, attracted 8.73m (34.5%) at 8pm as Andrew lost his temper with Heather. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 802k (3.9%) at 10pm.
Emmerdale launched a huge week for the Barton family with 8.04m (35.2%) watching Moira agree to divorce John at 7pm, while Hollyoaks grabbed 1.16m (5.3%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Nancy resolved to leave the village. The teen soap's secret wedding plot then boosted E4's first look at 7pm, with 717k (3.1%) witnessing the fallout of Nancy's disappearing act.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours secured 764k (8.5%) at 1.45pm and 1.12m (6.2%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away's tragic Charlie storyline mustered 881k (4.4%) at 6pm and an impressive 613k (2.8%) for 5*'s climactic first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the arrival of Zara and Daniel's baby on Doctors was seen by 1.75m (19.6%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
