Ratings: EastEnders grabs 9.2m with Jack, Roxy custody trial

EastEnders topped the 9m mark on Thursday evening as Jack Branning and Roxy Mitchell faced each other at the custody trial, overnight figures show.
EastEnders pulled in 9.16m (39.2%) at 7.30pm as Jack and Roxy's battles over their daughter Amy turned nasty. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 652k (3.2%) at 10pm.
Coronation Street, meanwhile, attracted 8.89m (35.0%) at 8.30pm and 286k (1.2%) on ITV1+1 as Carla endured another tough day.
Emmerdale interested 7.76m (34.9%) at 7pm as John brought Chas to the farm, while his decision not to sleep with The Woolpack's landlady was later seen by 7.75m (32.0%) at 8pm and 240k (1.0%) on +1.
Hollyoaks took 1.13m (5.4%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 for Darren's rejection of Cindy, while 619k (2.8%) tuned in for E4's first look to find out what would happen next.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours managed 765k (9.3%) at 1.45pm and 1.09m (6.5%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away mustered 787k (4.0%) at 6pm and 569k (2.7%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors - titled 'Open Season' - was seen by 1.67m (20.5%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
