Former Coronation Street star Bruno Langley has reportedly taken a job as a barman.
The actor, who played Todd Grimshaw in the ITV1 soap, is working at The Cellars pub in Newington Green, North London as he struggles to find acting work.
"Things have been a bit difficult but I like it here," he told the
Sunday Mirror. "I'm glad I left [Coronation Street]. I've experienced different things. I've learned a lot."
A regular customer added: "He fits right in, is friendly and popular. It's hardly The Rovers, but you wouldn't think he was a soap star from the way he just gets on with things."
Langley played Todd from 2001 until 2004, briefly returning in 2007. He most recently made a one-off appearance in the show over Easter this year.
The dad-of-one has also taken on roles in Doctor Who and stage productions of Romeo and Juliet and Sleeping Beauty since his departure from the show.
