The Walford soap brought in 5.96m (34.3%) at 7.30pm on BBC One as Nancy became suspicious over Stacey and Kush's romantic spark and vowed to tell Shabnam. BBC Three's repeat screening had 354k (2.1%) at 10pm.
Emmerdale attracted 5.3m (32.4%) at 7pm on ITV and 136k (0.8%) on +1 as Robert continued to pile pressure on Cain with his blackmail.
Holby City claimed 4.23m (23.0%) at 8pm on BBC One as Guy's surgical risk-taking concerned Jesse.
Neighbours entertained 562k (10.1%) at 1.45pm and 750k (6.4%) at 5.30pm on Channel 5 as Brad and Terese's marriage hit another stumbling block.
Hollyoaks was seen by 621k (4.1%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as baby Rose was snatched following a huge argument between Diane, Tegan and Tony. The fallout brought 528k (3.2%) to E4's first look at 7pm and 111k (0.6%) to E4+1.
Doctors continued with 1.1m (19.7%) at 1.45pm on BBC One as Al and Niamh agreed to help Emma and Howard with their 40-day date project.
Home and Away managed 192k (3.3%) at 1.15pm and 490k (3.6%) at 6pm on Channel 5, while 5*'s first look aired to 275k (1.8%) at 6.30pm.
