EastEnders topped the soap ratings on Tuesday evening (February 10) with the latest twists in Lauren's storyline, overnight figures show.

The Walford drama was the most-watched programme of the day, bringing in 7.54m (36.0%) at 7.30pm on BBC One as Lauren was revealed to be pregnant and Roxy gave into temptation with Charlie.

EastEnders' rating was identical to its Monday night figure, while 279k (2.0%) caught up on BBC Three at 10.30pm.

Emmerdale attracted 6.29m (31.5%) at 7pm on ITV and 215k (1.0%) on +1 as Aaron continued to cover for Robert by giving him an alibi, revealing their affair to Chas and Paddy in the process.

Holby City continued with 4.71m (21.8%) at 8pm on BBC One as Rachel's life hung in the balance.

Hollyoaks grabbed 859k (4.6%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Peri tried to sabotage Leela and Ziggy's relationship, while E4's first look followed with 492k (2.5%) at 7pm and 125k (0.6%) on +1.

Neighbours interested 637k (9.0%) at 1.45pm and 800k (5.2%) at 5.30pm on Channel 5 as Sonya finally realised that Erin was a lost cause.

Home and Away managed 321k (4.4%) at 1.15pm and 540k (3.1%) at 6pm on Channel 5, while 5*'s first look secured 431k (2.3%) at 6.30pm.

Elsewhere, Doctors continued with 1.59m (22.4%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
