1.04m (5.5%) tuned in at 6.30pm on Channel 4 to see how the McQueens coped after Carmel's death at the train crash site, while E4's first look once again had the biggest bounce with 1.06m (5.3%) at 7pm and 195k (0.9%) on +1.
EastEnders was the most-watched soap of the day, bringing in 6.77m (33.0%) at 7.30pm on BBC One as Kat and Stacey had a bitter argument over Alfie. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 397k (2.8%) at 10.30pm.
Emmerdale attracted 6.52m (33.0%) at 7pm on ITV as Jai was presented with an opportunity to get Archie back, while 6.12m (28.1%) returned at 8pm and 197k (0.9%) on +1 as Jai's unexpected reunion with Archie left Ali suspicious.
Neighbours interested 671k (9.2%) at 1.45pm and 801k (5.0%) at 5.30pm on Channel 5 as Amber felt threatened by the arrival of Daniel's ex.
Home and Away claimed 282k (3.7%) at 1.15pm and 642k (3.7%) at 6pm on Channel 5, while 5*'s first look had 460k (2.4%) at 6.30pm.
