Coronation Street was Wednesday's top-rated soap (June 11) as the Owen and Anna storyline continued, overnight figures show.
The Weatherfield drama pulled in 7.19m and a strong 40.5% share at 7.30pm on ITV as Owen shocked Anna by taking his anger out on Gary, adding 277k (1.4%) on +1 an hour later.
Emmerdale attracted 5.61m (34.3%) at 7pm on ITV and 153k (0.9%) on +1 as Priya came up with the idea of an arranged marriage to help her move on from David.
Hollyoaks managed 721k (4.9%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Patrick continued to interfere with Sienna's search for her daughter, while E4's first look followed with 700k (4.3%) at 7pm and 116k (0.6%) on +1.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours entertained 565k (9.9%) at 1.45pm and 728k (6.6%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away claimed 209k (3.4%) at 1.15pm, 545k (4.1%) at 6pm and 315k (2.1%) with 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors had 1.12m (19.9%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
