Coronation Street topped Monday evening's soap ratings (April 28) as Maria's scheming continued to pay off, overnight figures show.
8.09m (39.2%) watched at 7.30pm on ITV and 106k (0.5%) on +1 as Fiz became jealous over Tyrone and Maria's close bond. 7.67m (33.4%) returned at 8.30pm and 193k (0.8%) on +1 as Fiz's fears intensified.
As with Friday's ratings, EastEnders was ahead of the second Corrie, pulling in 7.78m (35.2%) at 8pm on BBC One as Ian's hopes for a reunion with Jane were dashed. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 320k (2.3%) at 10.30pm.
Emmerdale interested 6.27m (33.4%) at 7pm on ITV as Sean agreed to Belle's baby plan, adding 110k (0.5%) on +1.
Hollyoaks grabbed 1.04m (6.0%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Sonny kidnapped Jason, while E4's first look was the most-watched multichannel programme of the day with 819k (4.4%) at 7pm and 141k (0.6%) on +1.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours continued with 635k (9.7%) at 1.45pm and 850k (6.5%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away managed 187k (2.8%) at 1.15pm, 556k (3.6%) at 6pm and 341k (2.0%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, BBC One's Doctors returned with 1.29m (20.0%) at 1.45pm.
