6.59m (33.8%) watched at 7.30pm on BBC One as Max received an anonymous email from someone who knows about his fling with Lucy. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 405k (2.9%) at 10.30pm.
Emmerdale attracted 5.55m (30.9%) at 7pm on ITV and 188k (0.9%) on +1 with Charity's attempts to keep quiet over her pregnancy news.
Holby City interested 4.42m (21.1%) at 8pm on BBC One with a big day for Raf and Amy.
Hollyoaks managed 898k (5.6%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 with Ste's court appearance, while E4's first look outrated the main showing for the fourth episode in a row with 937k (5.2%) at 7pm and 169k (0.8%) on +1.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours continued with 479k (8.7%) at 1.45pm and 767k (6.4%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away grabbed 182k (3.0%) at 1.15pm, 632k (4.4%) at 6pm and 380k (2.4%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
