More dramas for Steve and Becky helped Coronation Street retain the Monday night ratings crown, according to the latest audience data.
ITV1's flagship soap averaged 8.29m (36.6%) from 7.30pm and 139k (0.6%) on +1, as Becky went head-to-head with new barmaid Stella. Steve's big decision over his future with Becky was watched by 8.61m (35.3%) from 8.30pm and 197k (0.8%) on timeshift.
EastEnders appealed to 7.99m (33.2%) on BBC One from 8pm, as Tamwar agreed that his father should not be allowed at the wedding. A further 880k (4.4%) caught BBC Three's repeat screening from 10pm.
On Emmerdale, 6.72m (32%) tuned in on ITV1 from 7pm, as Declan became convinced that Ella was having an affair and set out to uncover the truth.
Elsewhere, Hollyoaks managed 950k (4.9%) on Channel 4 from 6.30pm and 117k (0.5%) on +1, before E4's first look at the next episode pulled in 290k (1.4%) from 7pm.
Neighbours entertained 759k (10.7%) on Channel 5 from 1.45pm, before the repeat screening fetched 1.24m (8.8%) from 5.30pm. Home and Away took 913k (5.2%) from 6pm, before 5*'s first look at the next episode entertained 493k (2.6%) from 6.30pm.
