Coronation Street was Friday's top-rated programme (April 24) with Gail and Michael's second wedding day, overnight figures show.
6.4m (35.0%) tuned in at 7.30pm on ITV and 154k (0.7%) on +1 as Gail was plagued by doubts on the day of the ceremony. 5.79m (27.0%) returned at 8.30pm and 316k (1.6%) on +1 as the couple's vows were exchanged as planned despite Gail's last-minute jitters.
EastEnders attracted 6.22m (31.5%) at 8pm on BBC One with Ronnie's reaction to the news that Roxy and Charlie had betrayed her. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 281k (2.0%) at 10.30pm, while the final ever EastEnders Omnibus later brought 425k (10.9%) to BBC One from midnight.
Emmerdale interested 5.44m (32.1%) at 7pm on ITV and 158k (0.8%) on +1 as Ross landed Robert in hot water with Chrissie.
Neighbours entertained 575k (9.8%) at 1.45pm and 787k (6.2%) at 5.30pm on Channel 5 as Tyler found himself embroiled in Dimato's dodgy dealings deeper than ever.
Hollyoaks appealed to 697k (4.4%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Kim fought to get her relationship with Esther back on track, while E4's first look topped the day's multichannel figures as 578k (3.4%) saw a huge secret revealed about Kim at 7pm.
Home and Away managed 202k (3.5%) at 1.15pm and 479k (3.3%) at 6pm on Channel 5, while 5*'s first look had 295k (1.9%) at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, Doctors was seen by 1.16m (19.9%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
