EastEnders was Thursday's most-watched soap...

EastEnders was Thursday evening's (February 13) top-rated soap with Matt Willis' first appearance as Stacey Branning's boyfriend Luke, overnight figures show.

The Walford drama pulled in 7.39m (33.8%) at 7.30pm on BBC One as Kat paid a visit to Stacey's flat and deceived Luke by pretending to be a cleaner. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 431k (2.8%) at 10.30pm.

Emmerdale attracted 6.58m (31.5%) at 7pm on ITV and 129k (0.6%) on +1 as Victoria revealed Val's secret to Diane. The audience increased to 6.7m (29.9%) at 8pm and 167k (0.7%) on +1 as Val finally confided in her sister, who was plagued with guilt.

Hollyoaks interested 1.03m (5.1%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 with Alex Browning's first scenes, while E4's first look followed with 716k (3.4%) at 7pm.

On Channel 5, Neighbours appealed to 643k (8.7%) at 1.45pm and 750k (4.7%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away secured 220k (2.8%) at 1.15pm, 569k (3.1%) at 6pm and 478k (2.4%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.

Elsewhere, BBC One's Doctors continued with 1.53m (20.7%) at 1.45pm.
