Coronation Street continued to perform well with the latest developments in the surrogacy storyline on Monday evening (June 10), overnight figures show.
8.29m (40.4%) watched at 7.30pm on ITV and 102k (0.4%) on +1 as Tina decided to be the first person to hold baby Jake, while 8.68m (37.6%) tuned in at 8.30pm and 210k (0.9%) on +1 to see Gary and Izzy left devastated as Tina vowed to keep their son for herself.
EastEnders managed 6.97m (32.4%) at 8pm on BBC One as Peter Beale settled back into Walford. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 568k (3.9%) at 10.30pm.
Emmerdale attracted 6.66m (35.9%) at 7pm on ITV as Dom learned of Gemma's pregnancy, adding 148k (0.7%) on +1.
Hollyoaks interested 878k (5.2%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 as Myra discovered Phoebe's secret, while E4's first look had 450k (2.4%) at 7pm.
On Channel 5, Neighbours grabbed 598k (8.8%) at 1.45pm and 883k (6.7%) at 5.30pm. Home and Away mustered 245k (3.5%) at 1.15pm, 663k (4.3%) at 6pm and 376k (2.2%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors was seen by 1.47m (21.8%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
