EastEnders was the most-watched soap on Tuesday evening (April 3) as Roxy Mitchell had an emotional day, overnight figures show.
EastEnders pulled in 7.63m (35.5%) at 7.30pm as Roxy realised that she has feelings for Alfie after facing the music over Max. BBC Three's repeat screening had 849k (4.4%) at 10pm.
Also on BBC One, Holby City entertained 5.01m (21.5%) at 8pm with an episode titled 'Throw In The Towel'.
Emmerdale, meanwhile, attracted 6.55m (32.5%) at 7pm as Aaron's false confession shocked the Bartons, adding 132k (0.6%) an hour later on +1.
Hollyoaks managed 982k (5.2%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and 118k (0.5%) on +1 as Ste and Doug's bank meeting went wrong, while E4's first look secured 397k (2.0%) at 7pm and 126k (0.6%) on timeshift.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours grabbed 729k (9.3%) at 1.45pm and 996k (6.6%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away mustered 861k (4.9%) at 6pm and 553k (2.9%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors - titled 'Deal Or No Deal' - was seen by 1.51m (19.2%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
