Coronation Street topped the soap ratings on Monday evening (March 30) with Sarah Platt's return to Weatherfield, overnight figures show.
Corrie was the most-watched show of the day, bringing in 7.52m (36.7%) at 7.30pm on ITV and 141k (0.6%) on +1 as Sarah arrived back on the cobbles for a showdown with her daughter Bethany. 7.2m (30.6%) returned at 8.30pm and 161k (0.7%) on +1 as the pair clashed over Bethany's bad behaviour.
EastEnders attracted 6.93m (30.9%) at 8pm on BBC One with the fallout from Phil's return to Albert Square, while BBC Three's repeat screening had 250k (1.8%) at 10.30pm.
Emmerdale interested 6.27m (33.2%) at 7pm on ITV and 105k (0.5%) on +1 as Finn's relationship ran into more trouble.
Hollyoaks claimed 900k (5.0%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 with the emotional fallout from the baby swap reveal. E4's first look secured 600k (3.2%) at 7pm.
Elsewhere, Nina Tucker's return to Neighbours entertained 655k (9.6%) at 1.45pm and 768k (5.4%) at 5.30pm on Channel 5.
Home and Away managed 206k (2.8%) at 1.15pm and 582k (3.4%) at 6pm on Channel 5, while 5*'s first look had 378k (2.1%) at 6.30pm.
