'Coronation Street' tops Monday's soap ratings...

Coronation Street topped Monday's soap ratings (November 11) with the latest developments in the Roy and Hayley storyline, overnight figures show.

9.08m (39.3%) tuned in at 7.30pm on ITV and 212k (0.8%) on +1 as Hayley once again urged Roy to support her decision to end her life. 8.65m (34.3%) returned at 8.30pm and 132k (0.6%) on +1 as Roy promised to stand by Hayley but revealed his true feelings to Anna.

EastEnders appealed to 7.26m (30.3%) at 8pm on BBC One as David tried to save Max from a long jail sentence. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 398k (2.8%) at 10.30pm.

Emmerdale interested 7.04m (33.0%) at 7pm on ITV as Amy's exit week began, adding 160k (0.7%) on +1.

Hollyoaks brought 1.27m (6.2%) to Channel 4 at 6.30pm and 112k (0.5%) to Channel 4+1 as Lindsey, Cindy and Mercedes decided to get rid of Browning's body, while E4's first look followed with 810k (3.8%) at 7pm and 135k (0.6%) on +1.

Over on Channel 5, Neighbours grabbed 649k (8.7%) at 1.45pm and 880k (5.3%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away managed 337k (4.3%) at 1.15pm, 759k (3.9%) at 6pm and 522k (2.6%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.

Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors had 1.69m (22.7%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
