Coronation Street was Monday evening's (June 4) most-watched soap with Rita and Dennis's wedding drama, overnight figures show.
Coronation Street pulled in 5.43m (23.1%) at 7.30pm and 135k (0.5%) on +1 as Rita became embroiled in Tina and Tommy's war with Rick Neelan. Later, 5.39m (20.6%) watched at 8.30pm and 238k (0.9%) on timeshift as Rita defied the odds and made it to the ceremony on time.
The figures were dented by coverage of the Diamond Jubilee Concert, which thrilled over 14m viewers on BBC One.
Emmerdale, meanwhile, attracted 5.09m (26.1%) at 7pm and 129k (0.5%) on +1 as troubled Alicia had a showdown with Justin.
Hollyoaks managed 584k (3.4%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 with the McQueens' Jubilee celebrations, while E4's first look was seen by 344k (1.8%) at 7pm and 130k (0.5%) on +1.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours grabbed 511k (5.2%) at 1.15pm and 638k (4.5%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away had 512k (3.2%) at 6pm and 352k (2.0%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
