X Factor hopeful Wagner Carrilho has been accused of allegedly 'carrying out a drugs deal' just outside the TV studio where the competition is held.



The Mirror reports that Carrilho obtained a 'family and friends pass' to allow his drug dealer access to the studio.

The paper also claims that the Brazilian singer has been receiving 'a constant supply' of cannabis throughout the show's run.

When asked about his drug use, Carrilho said: "A lot of musical geniuses like Bob Marley and Paul McCartney smoked cannabis."

Carrilho allegedly uses the drivers provided for him by the show's management to take him to his drug dealer's house to purchase 'mind-bending skunk', an especially strong strain of cannabis.

The unnamed drug dealer involved spoke to The Mirror, saying: "He asked me if I could get him any [cannabis]. He said he was getting really stressed out by the show and cannabis helped him relax.

"He also said it gave him extra creativity when he performed. He even said he liked to have a spliff when he went on his morning jog."

He told the paper that he supplied Carrilho with drugs on five separate occasions.

An X Factor spokesman released a statement on the matter, saying: "We take allegations of drug-taking extremely seriously, and we will be speaking to Wagner."
