Soccer Aid is coming back for 2021Strictly Come Dancing star Alex Scott has landed herself a new presenting role.
The former football professional, who was recently announced as the new host of Football Focus, will be the touchline correspondent for ITV's Soccer Aid, presenting the live charity event with Dermot O'Leary.
"Soccer Aid 2021 for UNICEF is going to be just brilliant," Alex said. "It's great to be involved again, and of course co-presenting alongside Dermot is really exciting.
"It'll be so special to be back in a stadium with fans again, and all for a great cause. Tickets are on sale now – see you in September!"
Plenty of familiar faces will be involved – including Usain Bolt, Olly Murs, Mark Wright, Paddy McGuinness, Ore Oduba, Kem Cetinay, Liv Cooke, Roman Kemp, Chunkz and Maya Jama as a pundit – while the likes of James Arthur, Tom Grennan, Fara Williams, Micah Richards, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes are joining for the first time.
Also new is the location of the match, taking place at Manchester City's Etihad Stadium for the first time.
The money the event raises will go towards helping children affected by the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide, helping provide vaccinations in countries that need them, and trying to provide healthcare that had taken a hit thanks to the pandemic.
The main match will take place on Saturday, September 4, although ITV will be airing a week's worth of Soccer Aid content leading up to the event.
Tickets for the game are available now, with a family pass allowing two adults and two children to go for £60.
