Sian Pattison, 31, silences the panel on the ITV show with her rendition of 'With You' from the musical Ghost

A Nuneaton born mum stunned judges on Britain's Got Talent with her moving rendition of a musical number.

Sian Pattison won plaudits from the whole panel on last night's programme on ITV.

The 31-year-old has three children and it was one of her daughters, Ebony, who filled in the application form for her to audition for the show.

She got off to a shaky start, having originally started to sing Ave Maria by Beyonce and was stopped by Simon Cowell.

He asked her to sing her second choice, 'With You' from the musical Ghost - it silenced the panel.

Simon Cowell said it was 'really, really good', Alesha Dixon said it was 'moving' and comedian David Walliams said it was like 'watching a caterpillar turn into a butterfly.'

It is understood that Sian has been a coach at the Nuneaton-based Alana Shirley Academy of Singing, and trained in voice, musical theatre, piano, keyboard andflute under the London College of Music & The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, and has performed in various projects.
