Owner 'over the moon' with Toto victory

The owner of the winning Over The Rainbow Toto has said that she is "over the moon" about the victory.

Rachel Owen described mini schnauzer 'Dangerous' Dave as a "doggie superstar" after host Graham Norton revealed that he was the champion on Saturday night.

Dave will join Dorothy winner Danielle Hope for a one-off gala performance of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Wizard Of Oz.

"I am over the moon and so glad he has won," she said. "He really deserves it as he is such a little doggie superstar!

"He's so laid back, that things don't tend to get to him, but who knows, if he starts getting a few fans, it may go to his head and he might develop a certain strut to his walk! I think he'll be very popular on his daily walks."
