Sunday night when asked to name something made of wool, the second top answer was "Sheep"!
Am I missing something?

Reminds me of one the last episodes of Crackerjack Rebbonk. Ed Stewart asked a girl the question: "Francis Drake made three voyages around the world. Did he die in his first, his second or his third third voyage?" The girl plumped for "second voyage"!
A lot school quizzes were dropped from the BBC schedule around the same time, probably for the same reason.

DARYL'S DRIVETIME, VIRGIN RADIO
Daryl Denham: In which country would you spend shekels? Contestant: Holland? Daryl Denham: Try the next letter of the alphabet. Contestant: Iceland? Ireland? Daryl Denham (helpfully): It's a bad line. Did you say Israel? Contestant: No.
