James Hill is named the winner of Celebrity Big Brother

James Hill has won this summer's series of Celebrity Big Brother.



The Apprentice star finished above runner-up Austin Armacost. Natasha Hamilton came 3rd and Bobby Davro was 4th, while Stevi Ritchie & Chloe-Jasmine and Sherrie Hewson finished in 5th and 6th place respectively.

James was in incredibly high spirits while speaking to Emma Willis after being crowned series champion.

He said he was "not there to make friends" on the show, but admitted that he has made mates for life in the house.

Speaking about nominating his friend Austin, James said he was never playing a game with his decision and that Austin's behaviour "wasn't right".

He went on to say that he and "great lad" Austin will be "great mates" in the future.

Speaking to Emma Willis, Austin said he was proud to be the last American standing on the show.

"To get a spanking from Sherrie Hewson, I can die a happy man."

Of spending time with James, he said: "I'm so pleased I made a friend."

However, talking about being nominated by James, he admitted: "It devastated me… it really pisses me off, still."

Austin added that he doesn't think James played a game during his time in the house.
