Channel 4 has decided not to bring back The Singer Takes It All for a second series, according to Broadcast magazine.
Alan Carr's singing contest with a difference failed to bring in big ratings for the channel when it first aired last summer.
The four-part series allowed viewers to vote in real-time for their favourite performers via an app.
Those who impressed the most were moved to a 'Gold Zone', and the contestant who stayed there the longest won a £15,000 cash prize.
Singer Steve Dorsett won three of the four shows, as well as total earnings of £42,600.
Paddy McGuinness, Rizzle Kicks, Pixie Lott and Jason Manford were among the celebrity guests during the series, while former X Factor singer Brenda Edwards appeared as a giant set of lips which commentated each episode.
The show had a consolidated audience of around 1.1 million, while its finale was seen by just over 800,000.
