Sophie Ellis-Bextor has been eliminated from the Strictly Come Dancing 2013 final.
The singer and her partner Brendan Cole finished in fourth place, leaving Natalie Gumede, Abbey Clancy and Susanna Reid in the running to be crowned this year's ballroom champion later tonight (December 21).
Following her exit, Ellis-Bextor said: "I didn't come here to win, I came here to have fun and to dance and it has been incredible."
Asked if he had anything to say to the 'Murder on the Dancefloor' star, Cole replied: "So much. I've had the best series I could have dreamed of. She has, quite frankly, been the best partner I could have ever wished for."
The couple earned a score of 74 with judges Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood and Darcey Bussell earlier this evening, after performing a Viennese Waltz and a spectacular showdance.
Bussell described the star's Viennese Waltz as a "pleasure to watch", while Tonioli said that it was lovely to see her "having fun" in the showdance.
