Dancing on Ice star Jorgie Porter will tonight (March 25) attempt the most dangerous stunt in the show's history.

The Hollyoaks actress will be thrown into the air by three male skaters, who will spin around before trying to catch her, The Sun reports.

"There is definitely some scary stuff with my routine. We practised with a carpet and it absolutely collapsed and fell on the floor," she explained.

"There are three of them in a line, Sylvain [Longchambon], Mark [Hanretty] and [partner] Matt [Evers], and I'm lying across them then they throw me in the air and spin around and catch me.

"I was scared so I made Jayne do it first as well. She was really up for it. And she wanted to do the other parts too but the physio wouldn't let her.

"I've never said no, I've always been quite fearless throughout the show. But I thought they were lying when they were saying what they wanted to do with me. I thought, 'Is this a joke?'"

Of competing in the series, Porter added: "I still can't believe I'm the last girl standing. I think in days or weeks to come I'll be like, 'Oh my God, I did this'.

"At the minute I am just taking it in. I can feel myself crying my eyes out no matter what happens."

Dancing on Ice's grand finale airs tonight at 6.50pm on ITV1.

Matthew Wolfenden is the bookmakers' favourite to win tonight's Dancing on Ice grand final.

The Emmerdale actor has been given odds of 4/7 by Ladbrokes to lift the ITV skating show's famous glitter ball.

Fellow soap star Jorgie Porter is placed at 2/1 to lift the trophy.

Meanwhile, Chico has been handed an outside chance with 6/1, having surprisingly made the final ahead of Jennifer Ellison.

Judge Louie Spence has already predicted that former X Factor contestant Chico will depart first in tonight's climax, leaving Wolfenden and Porter to battle it out with Boleros.

Dancing on Ice concludes tonight at 6.50pm on ITV1.
